A: Because of the detailed nature of custom framing, we do not offer quotes over the phone.
Q: How long will my custom framing take?
A: We process tickets in the order taken and an average order can take from one to two weeks. However, we do offer rush services; for more information please call (405) 521-1213.
Q: Do you repair damaged frames and/or broken glass?
A: Yes! We are also experts at repairing antique frames. Bare in mind, however, that some frames are simply beyond repair. The best thing to do is to bring your frame in for a free evaluation.
Q: Can I purchase a mat or glass without purchasing a frame?
A: You certainly can! Many of our customers want to refresh a previously framed item, and this is a great solution. In fact, we carry a wide range of framing supplies, from tapes and hangers to touch-up markers and glass cleaner.
Q: Do you ship or deliver?
A: Yes shipping is available daily, and local delivery can be arranged, generally in a 20 mile radius.
Q: Will my materials be too thick for the frame?
A: Probably not. After all, we specialize in custom frames and shadow boxes! We can add space to the back of a frame or layer frames to build enough depth for dimensional objects. Just bring in what you want framed for a free consultation.
